Guided Path
Sadhana Panchakam – A Guided Path
This is a traditional forty-step guide attributed to Adi Shankaracharya. It does not offer a way to become whole.
It helps prepare the mind, clarify understanding, and remove what hides your already present nature.
Steps 1–12
Stage 1: Preparation
These opening steps are about becoming inwardly ready. They bring order, sincerity, steadiness, and a mind that can truly receive the teaching.
Steps 13–24
Stage 2: Inquiry
These steps turn the mind toward listening, reflection, and clear seeing. They help truth matter more than habit, assumption, or argument.
Steps 25–32
Stage 3: Assimilation
These steps are about living what has been understood. They help knowledge settle into daily life through simplicity, steadiness, and maturity.
Steps 33–40
Stage 4: Freedom
These final steps point toward abiding in what is always true. They turn the mind away from restlessness and toward quiet recognition.
