Dharma · Responsibility · Karma Yoga

Dharma is often translated as duty. But it is more than that.

Dharma means doing what is appropriate in a given situation.

It is about living in a way that supports harmony, both within and outside.

When we follow dharma, the mind becomes quieter and more stable.

This stability is important.

Because a disturbed mind cannot understand deeper truths.

It prepares the mind for clarity.

And clarity leads to freedom.
